Hear. Challenge. Encourage.
Even before I completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018, I was on a transformative journey of growth. I pass along all I have been taught to those I work with. I approach therapy by giving you a space to be seen, guided, and supported.
I utilize a variety of potential clinical frameworks in this process. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I am trained to provide assessment and treatment specialized to the individual’s specific compulsive behavioral patterns and needs.
As a CSAT, I am also trained to assist an individual navigating a relationship crisis, whether it is the betrayed partner or the offending partner.
I want to help others understand the root issues underneath their symptoms and behaviors. Traumas, attachment wounds, or simply struggles with anxiety or negative self-talk can all be explored and treated through EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based therapy, or a combination of these or more.
I enjoy exploring spiritual or faith matters in this process. I “specialize” in exploring the Christian, biblical worldview; however, I welcome all, regardless of your faith, identity, or background.
Much like the massive New Zealand-native Kauri tree, our mental, emotional, sexual, and spiritual growth takes time and resources to develop. Simultaneously, the Kauri reflects the reality that there is honor and strength found within the growth process itself. I am here to empower your change process, which can leave an impact for generations.
